Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms. Your use of this platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of all rules herein. If you disagree with even one clause, you must leave immediately and never return.

2. Membership Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years of age. We conduct rigorous identity verification; any falsification will lead to a permanent ban and potential legal action.

3. Code of Conduct. Harassment, hate speech, unsolicited commercial content, or any behaviour that diminishes the dignity of another member is strictly forbidden. One strike results in instant removal.

4. Financial Obligations. All membership fees are non‑refundable once processed. Chargebacks will be contested aggressively and may result in your data being shared with fraud‑prevention agencies.

5. Termination. We reserve the right to revoke access without notice if we determine your presence threatens the safety or exclusivity of the circle. No correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection. We collect everything necessary to maintain the integrity of the circle: identity documents, facial recognition data, financial records, and behavioural analytics. You consent to this depth of scrutiny by creating an account.

2. Data Usage. Your information is never sold. It is guarded with military‑grade encryption and used solely to authenticate members, personalise experiences, and enforce our guidelines.

3. Third‑Party Disclosure. We will share data only with law enforcement under lawful order, or with our verification partners (who are bound by identical privacy standards). Any other disclosure would betray the trust of the circle.

4. Data Retention. Even if you delete your account, essential records are preserved for 7 years to satisfy legal obligations and prevent banned individuals from re‑entering.

The Iron Rules

Our community exists for the elite in spirit, not just in wealth. Infractions are met with zero tolerance.

• Authenticity is sacred. Fake photos, AI‑generated imagery, or misrepresentation of identity will be discovered and penalised.
• No solicitation. This is not a marketplace. Promoting external businesses or services will result in immediate expulsion.
• Respect the sanctity of private communication. Screenshots of conversations or profiles are forbidden and will be pursued legally.
• Report breaches instantly. Failure to report a violation makes you complicit. Silence is consent to the degradation of our standards.
• Consequences are final. There is no appeals process. The decision of the Concierge is absolute.
